Overview of Tennessee ACP

Who is eligible?

Survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking are eligible for Tennessee's ACP.


Who is covered?

Minor children, dependents or guardians, and other persons living in the household of an eligible applicant are covered by Tennessee's ACP.


How does the application process work?

Tennessee ACP applicants must apply with an approved application assistant when filling out the application. Additionally, applications must be notarized.


How does the program protect your address information?

Once admitted into Tennessee's ACP, a participant will be assigned a substitute mail forwarding address for 4 years. This address may be used to register to vote or enroll in school, or obtain a marriage license or driver’s license.
