Hawaii does not have an Address Confidentiality Program. However, the state does have a program to assist in voter confidentiality.

Hawaii has a law that allows specific individuals to register to vote without publicizing personal information other than their name.


Who is eligible?


Law enforcement and their family members are eligible for this program. Other individuals may be eligible, but the County Clerk has sole discretion.
