Alaska does not have an Address Confidentiality Program. However, the state does have a program to assist in voter confidentiality.

What is the law?


Alaska has a law that allows any citizen to register to vote without publicizing their residential address.


Who is eligible?


Any Alaskan citizen who is able to provide a mailing address that differs from their residential address is eligible for this program.


How does the application process work?

Alaskans may request a change in their voter registration in writing or by checking the appropriate box on their voter registration application.
