Overview of Oklahoma ACP

Who is eligible?

Survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking are eligible for Oklahoma’s ACP.


Who is covered?

Minor children, dependents or guardians, and other persons living in the household of an eligible applicant are covered by Oklahoma’s ACP.


How does the application process work?

Oklahoma ACP applicants must apply with an approved application assistant when filling out the application. To locate an application assistant, you may email acp@oag.ok.gov or call (866) 227-7784. Applicants must confirm they are eligible for the program but no additional evidence or action with law enforcement is required.


How does the program protect your address information?

Once admitted into Oklahoma’s ACP, a participant will be assigned a substitute mail forwarding address for 4 years. This address may be used to register to vote or enroll in school, obtain a marriage license or driver’s license.
