Arkansas does not have a fully developed Address Confidentiality Program. However, the state does have a program to assist in confidentiality.

What is the law?


Arkansas has a law that allows specific individuals to obtain a driver’s license that does not list their residential address.


Who is eligible?


Domestic violence survivors and their minors are eligible for this program. A valid order of protection issued under the Domestic Abuse Act and a sworn affidavit is also required.


How does the application process work?


If eligible, an applicant may apply by contacting the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration Driver’s Services department at (501) 371-5581.
