Georgia does not have an Address Confidentiality Program. However, the state does have a program to assist in voter confidentiality.

What is the law?


Georgia has a law that allows specific individuals to register to vote without publicizing personal information other than their name for 4 years.


Who is eligible?


Anyone living in a domestic violence shelter or persons who have a protective order issued for domestic violence or stalking are eligible for this program.


How does the application process work?


If eligible, an applicant may apply by filling out this form and submitting it to their County Registrar’s Office.
